Join us as we talk to the organizers of Michigan’s biggest homebrew festival! We’ll dig into what’s going on with the festival this year, what may be changing, what may be new, and all the other good stuff! Bring some homebrew and we’ll see you at the normal time!
Join us as we talk with Amy Olsen and Bill Bellair of the Michigan Mead Coalition. Bring your corkscrew and pop some bottles with us!
It’s hot in Michigan (for better or worse) and we’re thinking about the summer. Join us as we lay down our plans for the next few months and drink some of Brian’s beer and Jordan’s cider.
Join us as we hang out and have a beer with Dane Bosel of The Distant Whistle Brewhouse and South County Homebrew Supply Shop.
Wow we made it whole year! To celebrate we are going to get together in person, with our friend and fellow Keeper, Brandon Edwards. We will be reminiscing about the shenanigans of the last year, and cracking open some mystery beers… (Homebrew that we have either made or acquired from fellow homebrews, that we completely forgotten about, so we have no clue what’s actually in the bottle.) So blow the dust off those old forgotten bottles and come have some fun with us! Monday, May 17th @ 7:30 PM ET
We are going to be hanging Brandon Edwards, and crushing some “summer beers”. Summer beers are technically not a specific style, but are the beers or beverages that you reach for when you are planning to mow the lawn, spend the day at the beach, or just relax on the deck while enjoying a beautiful Michigan summer! So grab an Oberon, an All Day, a Shandy, or even a six pack of seltzer, and come hang out with us!
We continue to talk beer, homebrewing, and whatever else happens to come up. This show’s topic is open ended, so basically a whole episode where we go off topic because…there isn’t one. It’ll be a blast as always! Beyond the beer talk we’ll talk some about future plans for the show including breweries / people we hope to be talking to later this year, plans to be on popular podcasting services, the ever-promised new opening, and all sorts of other stuff.
We talk to homebrew club officers Bryon Vlier and Drew Hutchison from Kalamazoo’s oldest homebrew club, KLOB.
