We hang out with John Mallett, VP of Operations at Bell’s Brewery, and literally the guy that wrote the book on Malt (pick up the Brewing Elements book, it’s seriously great). John has had a long career in the beer industry doing everything from brewing, to engineering, to teaching, and operations work. And obviously also writing!
